1、Focus on the full-process R&D and design of servo motors and DC motors for automotive sunroofs. Take charge of technical breakthroughs from demand analysis and scheme design to prototype verification and mass production launch, ensuring product performance meets the high reliability and high precision requirements in the fields of industrial automation and automotive components.
2、Complete servo motor parameter matching (torque/speed/inertia), design high-precision encoder interfaces, heat dissipation solutions, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) countermeasures.
3、Use Maxwell/Flux for electromagnetic field simulation to optimize cogging torque and back-EMF waveform; conduct thermal analysis and vibration, noise, and harshness (NVH) analysis in combination with Ansys.
4、Optimize motor structures (e.g., sealed bearings, waterproof coatings) and formulate durability test plans for harsh automotive environments (vibration, dust, voltage fluctuations).
5、Optimize material selection (e.g., low-cost permanent magnets, injection-molded housings) to balance performance and cost.

1、Collaborate with the process team to formulate production processes (winding, assembly, testing), output Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reports, and support mass production ramp-up.
2、Possess the ability to design gear transmissions, and understand efficiency optimization and noise suppression technologies for worm gears and planetary gearboxes.
3、Demonstrate rigorous logic and be proficient in cross-departmental collaboration (coordinating with procurement, quality, production, and customers).
4、Be able to adapt to short-term business trips (for technical communication with OEMs and on-site problem-solving).

1、Prepare technical documents, commercial documents, and other materials during the project bidding process.
2、Conduct detailed design of conveying equipment and compile calculation reports.
3、Prepare maintenance manuals, acceptance documents, and other materials in accordance with the client's requirements.
4、Provide on-site technical support for projects.

1、Be proficient in 2D and 3D design software, as well as finite element analysis (FEA).
2、Over 5 years of design experience in automotive conveyor lines.
